About CEREB
The PAREB Cebu Real Estate Board, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit, and non-political professional organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Cebu City, composed of licensed real estate brokers, appraisers, and consultants. It was first organized on February 20, 1960, under the name Cebu Realty Board by Alfredo A. Buot, Sr., and was later renamed Cebu Realtors Board, abbreviated as CEREB. On March 31, 1960, CEREB’s incorporation papers were approved, and it became one of the founding member boards of the Philippine Association of Realtors Board (PAREB), which was organized on May 15, 1960. Its official registered name was subsequently changed to PAREB – Cebu Real Estate Board, Inc. Today, the organization proudly has more than 300 regular members and 67 Lifetime PAREB members. On March 31, 2020, PAREB – Cebu Real Estate Board, Inc. celebrated its 60th anniversary, marking six decades of service and leadership in the real estate industry.
